Cancellation Policy
All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations, reschedules, or service modifications made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 20% fee of the total booking amount, with a minimum charge of $25, whichever is greater. This applies to all confirmed services, regardless of reason. As part of your booking, you are required to place a valid card on file. This card will only be charged if any of the fees outlined in this policy apply. You will not be charged without notice. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, level, and accessible setup area. The setup surface must be clean, free of animal droppings or debris, and must not have overhead obstructions such as tree branches, awnings, or power lines. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a setup if the site is unsafe or non-compliant. Applicable fees will still apply. Certain surfaces require a protective tarp for safety and to prevent damage to equipment. A tarp is required for setups on concrete, asphalt, artificial turf, or dead grass. If this need is disclosed at the time of booking, the tarp will be provided free of charge. If not disclosed, and the technician determines a tarp is necessary upon arrival, you will be charged a $15 tarp fee plus $1.00 per mile for the technician's travel. Refusal to proceed at that time will result in cancellation, and the 20% fee will still apply. We provide all necessary anchoring equipment, including stakes or sandbags, based on the setup surface. For safety and liability reasons, clients are not permitted to use or add their own anchoring materials without prior approval. During setup, the technician will take photos of each piece of booked equipment and the surrounding conditions. You will be required to review and sign off on these documented conditions. These photos will be used for comparison at pickup time to ensure the equipment has been properly maintained. In the event that equipment is returned in damaged, excessively dirty, or altered condition, or if any policies are found to have been violated, you may be charged a damage or cleaning fee. This determination will be made within 24 hours after pickup, and any charges will be communicated to you before processing. By booking this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined above, and you grant WaterSlide Plus permission to enforce these policies to the fullest extent.
